Dr. Richard A. Lefebvre, Sr.

Dr. Lefebvre Sr. was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. After graduating from Catholic High School and Louisiana State University, he went on to graduate from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1974. Following his graduation from Auburn, Dr. Lefebvre, Sr. and his wife, Sybil, found their home in Monroe.

He has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 42 years and his passion and dedication for animals is evident in his daily work. As a result, of the hard work, dedication and determination of Dr. Lefebvre Sr., Lefebvre Veterinary Medical Center was formed in 1989.

Aside from his love of veterinary medicine, he can be found tending to his fish pond or making rosaries. His favorite pastime is spending time with his family and spoiling his grandson, Tommy.
